The shots were taken manually (without adapter) with my old Nikon Coolpix S600, and generally required 3-4 attempts per shot to get a correct image.
The images are therefore of relatively poor quality, but it gives a good idea of the architecture.
I did the composition of the final image with the Microsoft ICE panorama software.
